Leanne is counsel in the London corporate team.  Leanne has focused on private equity buyouts and private M&A since qualifying as a lawyer in 2007.

She is experienced in advising private equity houses, companies, financial institutions and management. She advises on all aspects of corporate finance, M&A and private equity deal work.
