A counsel in the Hogan Lovells International Arbitration team based in London, Jerome Finnis has over 15 years’ experience of representing clients in high value international arbitrations, including disputes in the energy, aerospace, telecoms, life sciences and banking sectors. He has particular experience of disputes involving States and State-owned entities.

Jerome regularly advises on the drafting of arbitration clauses, staying court proceedings in favour of arbitration, applications for interim injunctive relief, and challenges to and enforcement of arbitral awards.

Jerome’s publications include a chapter on ‘Support and Supervision by the Courts’ for the practitioner text on arbitration law and practice, Arbitration in England (Kluwer 2013).
