A partner in our Banking Group, Simon Gwynne is a partner in our Asset Finance practice and co-heads the Firm’s rail and shipping practices. He has extensive experience of big-ticket asset finance across many different sectors, with a particular focus on rail rolling stock, shipping and industrial plant and machinery. Simon focuses on complex structured asset financings, both tax and non-tax based.
