As a senior associate in Hogan Lovells’ Dispute Resolution practice, Nathan Sherlock has focused his practice on Chancery litigation, with a particular concentration on pension scheme and trust fund disputes. He has extensive experience in regulatory proceedings, rectification claims, directions applications, and high-value professional liability actions.
In recent years, Nathan has been at the center of many leading cases in his field, including a number before the Court of Appeal and Supreme Court which have led to important developments in the law. As well as his considerable experience of conducting major commercial litigation before the English courts, much of Nathan’s work has an international dimension and he has been involved in the prosecution and defense of substantial claims in North America and Europe.
Nathan is a member of the Association of Pension Lawyers and is also a non-practicing barrister.
