Widely regarded as one of the UK’s top product liability defence lawyers, John has acted in high profile Group Actions in the High Court relating to the Measles, Mumps and Rubella Vaccine, Tobacco, Vioxx, Blood Products, All Metal Hips and Niger Delta Oil Spills.

John gives litigation and risk management advice to global companies and trade associations in a range of industries including life sciences, oil and gas, telecommunications, food and beverages, consumer goods and transport. He has also worked with clients to co-ordinate the defence of cross-border product liability claims in over 35 jurisdictions, including claims in the U.S., Canada, Australia and various countries in Europe.
