Kieron O’Callaghan has over 20 years of experience handling a broad range of complex, high-value international commercial disputes under all of the major arbitral rules. As the lead of the London arbitration team and Deputy Global Head of the International Arbitration practice, Kieron is sought out by clients to handle their complex, bet-the-company arbitrations.

Kieron’s multijurisdictional practice focuses on various industry sectors, including energy and natural resources, international trade, life sciences, telecoms, and transportation. Legal 500 commends Kieron as a “first-class practitioner without the ego that usually accompanies such ability.” At the forefront of legal issues, Kieron has contributed to numerous publications and spoken regularly at arbitration and energy industry events. He was recently appointed to the ICC UK National Committee in 2020 and is an active member of the International Bar Association (IBA) and the Association of International Petroleum Negotiators (AIPN).
