Kevin Lloyd is a commercial litigator, who is widely recognised as a leader in his field. Kevin focuses on complex litigation, across a full range of sectors, including financial services, and multinational corporations. Clients come to him to litigate high-profile ‘bet-the-company’ disputes, where there are often billions at stake.
Kevin is celebrated in Legal 500’s Commercial Litigation: Premium Hall of Fame and is ranked band one in Chambers’ Commercial and Corporate Litigation in London category.
His broad practice includes the company, accounting, financing, banking, insolvency, contractual, tortious, shareholder, breach of contract, and fiduciary disputes. Prior to joining Hogan Lovells Kevin led litigation teams and was a partner at two leading international firms in London. Before that he spent several years in Sydney becoming one of the most sought-after litigation partners in Australia acting on a large range of matters. Over the years, Kevin has successfully acted for leading financial institutions and accounting firms, as well as representing clients in large corporate collapses. He has also participated in over 150 mediations and has negotiated settlements in a very large proportion of these.
