Career

Philip Cheng is our go-to-strategist and fixer in Shanghai. Large corporate reorganizations, joint venture strategies, navigating data protection rules, and difficult employee terminations are the things that people have gone to him for.

He started as a China corporate practitioner focusing on mergers and acquisitions and foreign direct investment in 1999, before the legal services market expanded under the World Trade Organization.
