Long Huynh has 20 years of experience in advising clients (mainly, foreign companies doing business in the country, and foreign-invested enterprises) in Vietnam. He has experience with corporate, mergers and acquisitions, and foreign direct investment matters in Vietnam, advising numerous foreign investors on a wide range of share and asset acquisitions, divestments, joint venture arrangements, financings, project construction contracts, and operation arrangements in a number of sectors.

Long has advised on the creation of numerous wholly-owned subsidiaries and representative offices of foreign clients in Vietnam and provides on-going legal and administrative support for those Vietnamese entities. He also has a remarkable understanding of Vietnamese capital markets matters (including advising on cross-border issuances), major project, and infrastructure matters. In connection with his ongoing support for clients doing business in Vietnam, Long has also helped clients resolve a number of significant commercial disputes through negotiations and arbitrations.
