Annalisa Feliciani’s practice focuses on debt capital markets and structured products transactions, both domestic and international. She is a counsel in the Debt Capital Markets department at the Rome office of the firm and advises Italian and international banks, financial institutions, and major Italian corporate issuers on the structuring of a large number of transactions. She has an extensive experience, which span from the issue of plain vanilla bonds to more structured finance products, products for retail customers, medium term note and commercial paper programmes and any related regulatory matters.

She is well-known by the Italian market players and has strong relationships with them. Annalisa is qualified in Italy and admitted to the Rome Bar. In 2011 Annalisa received the award as “Best Lawyer of the Year under 35” by Top Legal, Italy’s specialist legal publication and website magazine.
