With almost 30 years of experience, Francesca Rolla’s activity spans almost all areas of contentious work – from product liability litigation, mass torts, commercial and corporate disputes, and white collar crimes – across industry sectors as diverse as life sciences, automotive, insurance, and consumer goods. She is the head of the Hogan Lovells Italian Litigation practice and of the Investigations & White Collar Crimes group in Italy.

Be it a product liability dispute, a class action or a complex commercial litigation, domestic or cross border, Francesca is at the forefront of Italian litigators.
