Inmaculada Lorenzo, a Senior Associate in the Intellectual Property, Media and Technology Practice Group, focuses on IP litigation (particularly in the field of patents, trademarks, copyrights and unfair competition) and has extensive experience in advising and representing major companies in the life sciences, technology and telecommunications and food and beverages sectors. Inmaculada acts regularly before the Spanish Commercial Courts, hearing all IP related disputes, as well as the European Union Trademark & Designs Court. She is regularly involved in multi-jurisdictional litigation and also advises clients on pre-contentious matters and dispute settlement.
