The team, which consists of lawyers and patent attorneys, represents clients in opposition and nullity proceedings and enjoys a particularly good reputation for assisting with FRAND disputes, which is not least due to the close cooperation with its competition and antitrust law practices. Miriam Gundt (life sciences) leads the global IPMT practice, while Andreas Renck (trade mark and design) is responsible for the European group and Andreas Bothe (trade mark, competition and copyright) heads the German unit. Another key figure in the team is Andreas von Falck, who is particularly experienced in cross-border patent disputes and is frequently instructed by clients from the pharmaceutical, medical technology and high technology sectors.
