Marcus Schreibauer concentrates on litigation and counselling in the areas of intellectual property law, information technology law and data protection law. He advises, amongst others, on transactional matters such as negotiating and drafting licensing agreements, technology project agreements and M&A transactions. Marcus is experienced in technology- and IP-related court litigation and arbitration proceedings. Marcus also advises clients with respect to all aspects on data protection law, data security and compliance issues. His work includes representing clients in proceedings before data protection authorities, data protection provisions in contracts, privacy issues in M&A and outsourcing deals.
