Career
Long before corporate and M&A litigation were regarded as a separate field of law in the German legal market, Kim Lars Mehrbrey focused on these areas. He combines the experience and knowledge of being a former corporate and M&A lawyer with the skills of a professional litigator and arbitration counsel and has 20 years of relevant work experience in this field. Kim is also very active in bringing and defending antitrust claims and in handling professional liability cases. Furthermore, he frequently advises clients in relation to claims resulting from tax schemes, in particular regarding so called cum ex transactions.
He is dually qualified as a German Rechtsanwalt and a Solicitor of England & Wales, which gives him a sound understanding of the different legal systems of civil and common law.
