Christoph KüppersHogan Lovells International LLP

Hogan Lovells International LLP‘s insurance law team is regularly active in transaction support. The practice follows a cross-locational as well as cross-practice approach, thus covering interfacing tax, corporate, regulatory, and employment law matters. The restructuring of company pension schemes is another mainstay, where practice head Christoph Küppers is a key contact; he frequently acts on behalf of financial service providers, listed companies and companies, including private equity houses. Corporate governance and corporate compliance matters are a key strength of Christoph Louven and Birgit Reese; both are also experienced in corporate and regulatory restructuring.
