Richard is Joint Senior Partner, Head of Commercial and Head of Employment. He specialises in all aspects of employment law and regularly helps businesses with reorganisation and redundancy, staffing issues, TUPE and all types of employment dispute. Richard also has extensive experience of employee competition disputes and injunction proceedings (and has acted as supervising solicitor). He has industry specialism in representing major recruitment agencies and education sector clients. Richard’s client base is broad and ranges from individuals to international companies. He is an accredited civil and commercial mediator.
