Mehdi has more than 10 years’ experience in advising financial sponsors and corporates on a wide range of M&A transactions, especially in regulated sectors (healthcare, energy, finance, etc.).

He has also developed a recognised expertise of African M&A and regularly advises financial sponsors and corporates on their transactions across the continent, especially in North and West Africa.

Career

Mehdi has been seconded several months to the financial sponsors group of Linklaters in London.

Prior to working at Linklaters, Mehdi worked almost a year as in-house counsel at Natixis Assurances (life insurance company).

Mehdi studied law at the Universities of Paris Nanterre and Paris Saclay. He holds a Master of Arts in Corporate and Tax Law from the University of Paris Saclay.
