The firm demonstrates notable strength counselling on transformational commercial partnerships and procurements. Supply chain specialist Marly Didizian heads the team, and utilises her healthcare credentials to act on complex practice mandates such as implementing Gavi’s global COVAX Facility, alongside constructing Advance Purchase Agreements with the world’s biggest vaccine manufacturers. Richard Cumbley has been active in the retail and transport sectors, acting on a number of regulatory issues and internal restructurings, while Greg Palmer continues to advise on outsourcing and supply arrangements.
