Yash represents a wide range of UK and international clients and much of his work is cross-border. He advises on a broad range of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganisations, capital markets transactions and tax planning. He has a particular interest in structured finance transactions and in the development of new financial products and structures. He also advises extensively on tax disputes and tax litigation. He is listed in ‘Chambers Guide to the Legal Profession’ and many other professional directories. Yash joined Linklaters in 1986 and became a partner in 1996. He has spent two years at a leading investment bank and has worked in New York. Yash heads up the UK tax practice at Linklaters.
