She is a specialist in EC and UK merger control and antitrust regulation. Nicole has particular experience in the retail, mining, energy and utility sectors and advises clients on the antitrust aspects of a broad range of matters, including merger review investigations by the European and UK authorities, cartel investigations, co-operation between competitors and antitrust compliance programs.
