Kenneth has 22 years of experience advising financial services organisations, multinationals, government agencies and NGOs on employment and pensions issues.

He has a broad practice covering hiring and selection processes, discrimination issues, restrictive covenants, grievance procedures, redundancy and outsourcing arrangements.
