Position

Managing Associate: Nigel works on all types and all aspects of commercial disputes, including claims for breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and professional negligence claims, as well as advising on conflict of laws and jurisdiction issues.

Much of is work has an international element and he is familiar with liaising with lawyers in different jurisdictions.

 Nigel helps clients resolve a wide range of commercial disputes whether through negotiated settlement, court or arbitration proceedings.  He also advises on how to avoid disputes arising in the first place by giving advice on potential liabilities and risks.

He has have experience of dealing with claims before various forums, including not only the courts, but also arbitral tribunals, the Pensions Ombudsman and the Competition and Markets Authority.
