Partner: Clive is a Partner in the Professional Services and Dispute Resolution Groups. He specialises in commercial dispute resolution and is experienced in High Court Litigation, International and Domestic Arbitration and Mediation. Particular expertise in advising Management Committees and Managing Partners of LLP’s and partnerships operating in the Professional Services sector on all aspects of LLP and partnership law, including partnership agreements, LLP members’ agreements, partners / members internal disputes, team moves, behaviour and conduct of individuals, breaches of duty, compulsory and voluntary retirement, expulsion, remuneration structures, restrictive covenants and issues related to lateral hires and new partners / members.
