Trained Nabarro Nathanson; qualified 1991; three years in-house at BT working full-time on legal and regulatory issues relating to advertising and marketing; joined Lewis Silkin 1996; partner 1999.
Memberships
As well as heading up the firm’s Advertising & Marketing Sector Focus Group, Brinsley is also on the Executive Committee of the Global Advertising Lawyers Alliance (“GALA”), and the sole UK member. Through GALA, he can access the best advertising lawyers worldwide.
