David gives regular presentations and writes articles, for audiences of entrepreneurs and investors. His background is primarily with US law firms in London.
Corporate: David advises on the full range of corporate finance transactions, from seed and angel investment rounds to IPOs, sales and acquisitions. His clients are companies, founders, investors and financial institutions at every stage of that journey, and his advice on each transaction benefits from his experience of the types of transactions that the business has been through, and is hoping to get to in the future.
Technology: The majority of his work is with technology companies and the investors who back them. His current client base covers a wide variety of technologies, from SAAS to hardware and from B2B fintech to B2C consumer tech.
