Also has extensive experience of advising on TUPE, outsourcings, high-value
discrimination, equal pay and whistleblowing claims and collective and individual redundancies, as well as cross-border employment matters.
Key matters in the last 12 months include representing a high profile technology company on an employment status dispute before the CAC, defending a large scale equal pay claim in the High Court, and advising an energy trading company on a restructuring and discrimination claim.
