Joe is a Senior Associate in the Corporate team and has extensive experience acting for clients on complex sales/acquisitions, investments and restructures particularly in the advertising and marketing, film and television and wider creative sectors.

Joe acts on sales to, and acquisitions by, a range of acquirers including trade buyers, private equity houses and employee ownership trusts. He has also spent several years in-house in the M&A team of an international television production company expanding its portfolio by acquisition.
