Lee specialises in global acquisitions, TUPE and the contingent workforce. Her work is both advisory and contentious, covering contracts and policies, employee relations matters, restructures and redundancies, family-friendly rights and Employment Tribunal proceedings. Lee has particular experience of advising on employment law aspects of complex global acquisitions and outsourcings. Lee also regularly co-ordinates employment law advice across multiple jurisdictions for international projects.
