Partner: David is  a Partner in Lewis Silkin’s market-leading employment litigation practice. He helps businesses and senior executives navigate the complex issues of employment and partnership law.

David has a particular interest in advising on disputes which involve team moves, breaches of employment and partnership agreements, the appropriation of confidential information and the applicability of restrictive covenants. He frequently acts for clients on such matters – often for the purposes of bringing or defending injunction proceedings – in the High Court and through Arbitration.

David has significant experience in advising clients in the financial services, technology and built-environment sectors. He also works with multi-national companies to meet their day-to-day employment law needs and has considerable experience in managing and delivering strategic and commercial advice to organisations dealing with multi-jurisdictional issues.

David speaks regularly at seminars, MBA programmes and training events for clients, students and other lawyers. He also frequently comments on employment law issues in the media.
