Linda advises on all aspects of employment law and workplace data privacy. She is also able to advise on business immigration. Her employment expertise includes advising on grievances, investigations and disciplinary procedures. She also advises multinationals and employers on changes to terms and condition, unfair dismissals, payment of wages claims, restructuring and transfer of undertakings. As a certified practitioner in Data Protection, she advises clients on data protection compliance including dealing with access requests and data breaches, transfers of data abroad and using data for marketing purposes. Linda is also able to advise on work permit, secondments and global mobility issues.
