Nathalie is an international Technology, Privacy and Cybersecurity partner at Lewis Silkin, with a particular focus on data rich sectors such as TMT, Retail and Hospitality, financial services, Automotive, life sciences and healthcare. She has two decades of experience advising technology-led businesses, whether “household” multinational clients or start-ups on UK, EU or multijurisdictional transactions and compliance projects globally. She provides specialist pragmatic advice on a vast array of matters ranging from commercial agreements, agency, distribution, licensing to IT procurement, IT services agreements, software licensing and development, cloud outsourcing, internet and e-commerce issues.

Nathalie brings nearly 20 years of experience and deep knowledge across jurisdictions of global data protection and cybersecurity issues to clients across sectors and jurisdictions. Having been part of the European Commission and the World Bank, earlier in her career, she combines a strong regulatory expertise with commercial pragmatic solutions when it comes to advising clients on compliance with data protection laws or representing them in their dealings with the UK, the EU regulators or the EDBP.


Trained Clifford Chance 2000; DAC Beachcroft 2005-208 (Partner in 2007); Partner at Charles Russel Speechlys 2008-2016 and Partner at Lewis Silkin since March 2016.   Nathalie regularly publishes articles on technology, commercial and data protection and speaks at international conferences.  She is dual qualified as a solicitor in the UK and in France.
