The team is increasingly advising clients with an established or growing presence in the Asia Pacific region, working with its Hong Kong office to provide an integrated service. Its China desk advises clients doing business in the UK and advised a multinational business group which links Chinese companies with UK businesses on a successful appeal against the Home Office’s decision to revoke its sponsor licence. The firm’s Japanese desk is able to support its client base of several Japanese multinational companies.
