Admitted to the Paris Bar, Hervé Castelnau advises French and international clients in multijurisdictional mergers and acquisitions for more than 20 years.

His experience covers all aspects of corporate law, including M&A operation, joint ventures, privatizations, corporate restructurings, and commercial contracts. He principally advises clients in telecommunications, media, emerging technologies, food automotive, and luxury goods.

Career

Hervé has begun his career in 1988 with Coudert in New York before participating to the SDM&C creation in 1994. He joined Norton Rose in 2003 where he directed the M&A department and Jones Day in 2012, before joining Latournerie Wolfrom Avocats in 2016.
