Clare Murray is the Founder and Managing Partner of specialist UK employment and partnership law firm, CM Murray LLP. She represents professional services firms, and equity partners on partnership law issues and multinational employers and senior executives on employment law matters; much of Clare’s work is multi-jurisdictional.
Clare has particular expertise in the strategic handling of partner conduct and performance issues, partner team moves and partner restrictive covenants, as well as partner discrimination and whistleblowing issues and related litigation.
