- Acting in a case whereby abuse was inflicted by a Catholic Priest who was the Priest where the client’s family attended church; the Church and Priest were also connected with the school he attended. The client, who is now a middle-aged man, instructed the firm having reported the abuse to the Police. Negotiations to settle are ongoing involving significant levels of compensation.
