The team represented Stoke Properties 1 and Stoke Properties 2 in a £7.2m contractual dispute against WM Morrison Supermarkets and represented STAMA Developments (Salford) in a £10m dispute against a local authority concerning breach of contract in relation to a landmark residential development. London & Scottish Investments, Beech Holdings and BeautyBay.com are also clients. Andrew Weinberg specialises in commercial landlord and tenant actions, as well as professional negligence and product liability disputes; he leads the team, which includes Damian Bailey, who has ‘a close eye for detail’ and is ‘immensely practical’, and +David Jones, who ‘fights really hard for his clients’, is ‘never outmaneuvered tactically, and has unparalleled commercial insight’.
