Robert has particular expertise in representing client’s facing serious tax investigations and is listed as a recommended advisor in this area by a number of Swiss, Israeli and other offshore banks. He is viewed as one of the leading legal practitioners in this field nationwide.

Robert has advised a number of high-net-worth individuals in connection with the legal analysis of their financial arrangements and taxation implications of those arrangements. He receives significant instructions from London-based clients, as well as from those across the country and internationally.

Robert advises resident and non-resident individuals, as well as those domiciled in and out of the UK. He is on the preferred advisor list for a number of overseas banks and asset management companies, which refer their customers to Kuits for UK legal advice in this area.

The ‘practicalKirsti Pinnell advised SysGroup on the corporate aspects of its £3.9m acquisition of Telford-based Rockford IT; and also advised Ironveld, an AIM-traded mining company, on two separate placings of shares in 2017. Peter Allen advised Manor Service Stations on the sale of the entire issued share capital of Manor Services Stations to Motor Fuel; and also advised Fruitapeel on its sale to Belgium-based Puratos.
