Work Department

Commercial property.

Rosie heads up the firm’s retail team and has extensive experience of all aspects of commercial property, including acquisitions and disposals, development work, and major lettings. She has a particular specialism in landlord and tenant work. Her clients include a mix of household-name retailers: Arcadia, Ladbrokes, McDonald’s Restaurants, Moss Bros, Mothercare, Oxfam, The Body Shop and Whittards. Notable transactions include heading up the property due diligence on the share sale of the property holding company of a well know fashion retailer and leading the acquisition programmes for both McDonald’s Restaurants and Ladbrokes. She always takes the time to fully understand the business needs of her clients; they know that they can rely on her to have a full understanding of the bigger picture. Rosie is often praised for her pragmatic and commercial approach, and her ability to maintain a sense of humour and motivate her team through the most demanding of transactions.
