Position

Andreas is a partner in the employment team acting both for employers and senior executives. He advises on all aspects of employment law, contentious and non-contentious. His clients come from a wide range of sectors, including the City, banking and financial services, media, professional services, public and not for profit, recruitment, and technology. Andreas’ areas of specialism include senior executive contracts and severance arrangements, bonuses, restrictive covenants, redundancy and restructuring situations, and TUPE. His areas of particular focus also include discrimination law, whistle-blowing, internal investigations, employee wrong-doing and dishonesty, sports, and partnership law. In addition, he frequently advises his clients on day to day HR and employment law issues such as absence and performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures, dismissals, flexible working requests and family-friendly rights, and data protection. He has a particular interest in international and cross border employment law.

Trained Fox Williams; qualified 2002; joined Kingsley Napley in 2005 from BP Collins; partner from 2010.

AIJA (president of the Labour Law Commission); Employment Lawyers Association; Industrial Law Society.

Education
