Bethan is a partner in the Real Estate team.  Her practice focuses on acquisitions and disposals of both residential and commercial properties.

Bethan’s areas of expertise include: High value residential sales and purchases including flat and house sales in residential developments; Commercial acquisitions and sales including commercial developments; Commercial lettings (acting for both landlords and tenants).

Bethan’s recent experience includes acting for celebrities and high net worth individuals on residential property matters and acting for an office tenant on a substantial letting in Central London.

Bethan is the chair of the Charities and Community Team at Kingsley Napley and is a member of the Kingsley Napley LGBT and allies network.

Career

Trained Teacher Stern and Selby; qualified 2004, joining Kingsley Napley LLP on qualification. Bethan was made a partner in 2013.

    In recent years, the country ́s the government has been committed to improving Taxation in Nicaragua and attempting to follow the legislative model used by some of the other countries in the region. Starting January 1st, 2013, a new tax law (Law No. 822, Tax Concertation Law) came into force in and completely changed the taxation system in Nicaragua. Two years later a new law was issued by the National Assembly containing more than 80 amendments, additions and repeals (Law No 891) which came into force December 18th, 2014.
