Paul qualified as a solicitor in 1989 and has been continuously employed undertaking defendant insurance work since 1990. He joined Greenwoods (which subsequently merged with Plexus Law)  in 1998 initially undertaking a variety of motor, employer’s liability and public liability work until concentrating on MIB catastrophic cases gaining considerable experience of PPO’s. With his  MIB experience, Paul developed an interest in policy liability, RTA and Article 75 issues.  Paul presently handles a caseload of RTA matters comprising a mixture of  catastrophic loss claims, mainly £1m plus in value (but often significantly greater in value) and a smaller caseload on behalf of other insurers.
