JMW Solicitors LLP has seen significant growth in its private prosecutions work. Team leader and managing partner Lee Adams, who joined in 2019 from Hughmans, additionally leads the business crime and regulation team. Solicitor advocate Daniel Martin has significant experience in serious and organised crime, was head of crime and regulatory for Blaser Mills Law prior to joining in 2021. Amy Shaffron, who joined from Norton Rose Fulbright in 2019, was promoted to partner in May 2021, and now leads on a range of matters including complex Encrochat cases and serious sexual offences.
