Charles is a partner and head of JMW’s Law Firm advisory practice.

Charles acts exclusively within the legal sector, working with Banks , Private Equity , Accountants , Insolvency Practitioners , Brokers , Law Firms and solicitors.

Charles is a member of the Institute for Turnaround and takes on a variety of projects for law firms including strategic , operational , M&A ,   restructuring and regulatory advice. He is also a member of the Solicitors Assistance Scheme.
