Position

Partner and head of the cycling claims team. She joined the personal injury department at JMW as a Partner in January 2017.

Career

She qualified as a solicitor in 1995 since which time she has acted for and secured compensation for hundreds of injured claimants, many of whom have sustained injuries on bikes and motorbikes

Formerly Head of Cycling and Motorbike claims at Pannone LLP where she was also a Partner, Nadia is also a Director/Trustee of Cycling UK e 2023) and a founding member and chair of TeamGlow, a women’s cycling group based in South Manchester (teamglow.net). Nadia campaigns for road safety and is a member of campaign group Walk Ride Greater Manchester. Nadia also gave evidence to MPs at the House of Commons Transport Committee Active Travel Inquiry in March 2019. Nadia has completed Lands’ End to John O Groats, All Points North and has cycled extensively in UK and Europe completing the Maratona dles Dolomites in Italy in 2018. In 2021 Nadia was included in Cycling UK’s ‘100 Women’ list which celebrates inspirational women who are encouraging others to experience the joy of cycling  https://www.cyclinguk.org/womensfestival/100.

Nadia has spent time during her legal career in Head of Department and Senior Management positions involved with operational and performance management alongside strategy and business planning. Nadia continues to work as a Technical Legal Consultant and Due Diligence Auditor and has also lectured in law on post graduate courses in Manchester.
