Rajiv’s principal practice area is commercial litigation and construction working with a broad spectrum of clients from individuals to multi-million pound businesses with the objective of giving robust and plain-English legal advice tailored to each client’s objectives.
Rajiv joined B P Collins in April 2012 and qualified as a solicitor in the firm’s dispute resolution team in September 2015 after having completed his training contract with the firm. In May 2018, Rajiv was promoted to associate solicitor. In May 2021 he was promoted to Senior Associate.
Leisure
A keen badminton player, Rajiv also dabbles in yoga and has recently taken up spinning. Rajiv enjoys an eclectic taste in both cinema and music and always makes time for watching sport. He travels wherever and whenever possible, and a particular highlight was climbing Mount Fuji in Japan.
