Beth joined the corporate and commercial team at B P Collins in January 2018. She advises on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters, from business sales and acquisitions, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreements, to advising on commercial agreements such as contract reviews, terms and conditions of business and non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). In May 2021 Beth was promoted to Senior Associate.

Leisure

Beth enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trying new restaurants and going to the theatre. She is an active member of the parents’ association at her son’s school in Hertfordshire.
