Sue has more than 30 years’ experience under her belt and leads the family team at B P Collins LLP.  She is passionate about putting families first. Sue was appointed a partner in 1990 and is highly-respected for her professional, yet friendly approach.

Sue handles high profile divorces  including matters for a number of sports stars and celebrities, top business professional and entrepreneurs and she also advises clients with family businesses and multi-million pound assets in the UK and overseas.

Calling on her years of experience and extensive mediation training, Sue regularly provides advice on complex financial arrangements during divorce caseschildren disputes and nuptial agreements.

Sue was articled at Parker Son & Nickson; qualified 1980; trainee, assistant and partner Parker Son & Nickson; assistant solicitor Day, Whately & Co; assistant solicitor Withers; joined B P Collins 1988; partner 1990.
