Katinka Verdurmen advises, negotiates and litigates on the leasing of commercial space, agreements between franchisors and franchisees, franchise disputes and the structuring of franchise organisations.
Katinka represents numerous large domestic and foreign retailers, project developers, investors, franchisors and franchisees.

She is an editor-in-chief of the trade publications Tijdschrift voor Huurrecht Bedrijfsruimte and Selectie & Essentie Huurrecht, and a lecturer at the Real Estate Business School.

Katinka Verdurmen has been ranked as a leading individual since 2018 in the  EMEA edition of the Legal500 in the section Industry Focus “Retail”.

She has also been recommended in the Real Estate section since 2018.
