With over 15 years of legal practice, Ileana Lucian gained a significant experience in employment and real estate fields.

On employment matters, Ileana is focusing on the strategic resolution of complex workplace issues and challenges for both employers and employees. She provided advice on all aspects of employment law including individual and collective employment agreements, transfer of business under TUPE regulations, occupational health and safety issues, individual and collective dismissals, disciplinary issues, workplace investigations, as well as discrimination or harassment claims. She also specializes in business immigration and mobility, providing legal assistance in relation to cross-border transfers of employees as well as on the necessary formalities for obtaining stay permits and work notices. Ileana frequently conducted trainings, seminars and attended at conferences as speaker on critical issues and employment law.

Ileana also achieved substantial experience in real estate field, having been involved in a large number of real estate projects. She advised on a broad range of legal issues, including regulatory matters, as well as sale, lease and mortgage agreements and was involved in all stages of the transactions, from due diligence investigations to post-closing matters.
